Background

Nice Guy Tours runs small-group walking food tours in New York City. Dante Mercadante, a native New Yorker, founded the company in the fall of 2014 to prove that New Yorkers really are nice. He became a licensed NYC Sightseeing Guide in 2012 and brought a background in stand-up comedy and acting to the job.

Every tour covers one neighborhood on foot, with tastings at long-standing, family-run shops and stories about the history and people behind them. Dante makes every guest three promises: you'll leave full, learn something, and have fun.

Tours

Every public tour lasts about 3 hours, includes 6 or more tastings, and takes 12 guests at most. All food is included in the ticket.
